We use SMS messaging and phone calls for several functions, including existing appointment reminders, requests to confirm, billing notifications, etc. Patient mobile information will never be shared with or sold to third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes, aside from reminders to book overdue eye exams/appointments.

For urgent eye issues or emergencies, we ask that you call us. Emergency eye care may constitute any of the following:
- Vision Loss
- Different Size Pupils
- Double Vision
- Bleeding from the Eye
- Swelling
- Eye pain that Doesn’t Lessen on its Own
- and/ or Eye Pain Accompanied by a Headache.
