Stephen M. Soll, MD, FACS, is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained oculoplastic surgeon who brings over three decades of surgical expertise to patients at ReFocus Eye Health in Penndel and Philadelphia. As founder of Soll Eye, now ReFocus Eye Health Philadelphia, he continues a 65-year tradition of exceptional eye care while serving as Head of Ophthalmology at Cooper University Medical Center. Dr. Soll specializes in oculoplastic and cosmetic surgery, glaucoma management, dry eye and tearing conditions, and comprehensive ophthalmology, restoring comfort, function, and confidence through personalized care. His dedication to each patient reflects his belief that every procedure offers a chance to make life just a little brighter.

Dr. Soll earned his Doctor of Medicine and Master of Science in Pathology from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, completed his internship at Weiss Memorial Hospital in the University of Chicago Hospital System, and finished his ophthalmology residency at Rhode Island Hospital, Brown University. He refined his surgical skills through a fellowship in Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital in New York. Board-certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Soll is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS), reflecting his advanced training and surgical expertise.
