Dr. Amin earned her medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University before completing her ophthalmology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, where she served as chief resident. She then pursued subspecialty fellowship training in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina, further refining her skills in complex corneal surgery and anterior segment care. This rigorous training pathway, combined with Board Certification in ophthalmology, provides a strong foundation for the advanced surgical techniques and comprehensive eye care she offers her patients today.
